We invite you to tell your story in a short template to help you focus on what is it that you want the admissions officers to know about you. This is not a bio, a resume, an essay or a personal statement. This will help you complete the application forms going forward. It will help you decide on what you want to include, leave out or emphasize.

Here is the template:

My Story

1. A few important things to know about me before you read my application are

________________________________________________, and _____________________

_________________________________________________________________________.

2. As a student, I

__________________________________________________________________________

__________________________________________________________________________.

3. Outside the classroom, I

__________________________________________________________________________

__________________________________________________________________________.

4. Close friends and family describe me as

____________________________________________________________________and _

_____________________________________________________________________.

5. Right now, I imagine that I will pursue a career in or as

_________________________________________________________________________.
