Extracurricular Activities – what do you do when you are not studying?

This can be quite important in your overall application package and adds a lot of information to who you are. You will be asked about it in the application form, and it may be something you may want to write in your essays.

It can be community service, activities through your mosque or church, sports, hobby, job, life-experience. Maybe you collect something? Do auto mechanics? Take care of parents or siblings? You can sew? Dive? You have read something extra by a certain author? It can be organized or an individual pursuit. It doesn’t have to be conventional but it has to be authentic.
