There is a number of U.S. universities that have visited Indonesia and have expressed interest in having more Indonesian students. In February 2015, over 30 universities had fairs in Jakarta, Surabaya and Medan.
The advantage of applying to a university on the list is that, 1) the universities are serious about wanting Indonesian students and have invested time and money to come here and 2) EducationUSA knows the admissions people and can be a facilitator in helping you get in touch with them or support your application.
Here is the list. You will do well to research some of these, find out what specific they are looking for, strong in, or anything you find interesting. Once you do that, contact them, ask your questions and take it from there.
